CANCELATION POLICY

T.I.S Cosmetics & Aesthetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us 24 hours notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked or a cancellation fee depending upon the service. 

RETURN POLICY

No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are opened.  If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by T.I.S Cosmetics & Aesthetics.  Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase and can be used for in-practice credit. No monetary cash value can be redeemed for any return or rendering of services.

T.I.S Cosmetics & Aesthetics is committed to giving you the best treatment outcomes, this begins with your customized consultation by one of our treatment specialists. We always strive to deliver you with optimal results, with that being said we cannot always predict the outcomes of your service. When following the recommended at home regimen and following our treatment guideline we guarantee you will be satisfied. Please notate that if weight changes are made and as you continue to age the longevity of a treatment’s efficacy diminishes. This is where we recommend maintenance treatments to support optimal results for all of our happy patients!

REVISIONAL TREATMENT OR TREATMENT OF COMPLICATIONS

Medical Aesthetics treatments can be complicated based on your laxity level or severity of concern.  As stated above we strive to provide you with optimal out comes yet , there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. Occasionally additional treatments or sessions are necessary to achieve the results you desire. 

GRATUITY

Gratuity for our laser and non-injectable treatments are always appreciated, our staff of expert professionals will become family to you and we ask that you take care of them in terms of gratuity with what fits your financial means. Gratuity for our injectors is also always appreciate although not expected.
